Social Service from AdIns for the Medical Personnel
Efforts to handle and to prevent the coronavirus in Indonesia have been continued due to the increasing numbers of the recoded case. Coronavirus handling situation have claimed lives of medical personnel who struggle in the frontline. In order to handle the situation, Indonesian government have provided referral hospitals for the COVID-19 patients from all over the provinces. Medical personnel took a high risk in delivering their duties to take care of the infected patients although they are constantly exposed and are at risk of getting infected. Moreover, when they don’t wear a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is up to the standard in their duty.

With the increasing numbers of patient who were infected by COVID-19, numbers of required medical personnel also increase. Therefore, the required PPEs have to be available for the medical personnel in every hospital that deals with the virus. However, the lack of PPEs cannot be denied. Until now, many medical personnel are lacking PPEs. Thus, currently PPEs become an important need for the medical personnel.
Seeing the situation, PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi (AdIns) contributed to the crisis by providing a social service directed at several hospitals who deal with COVID-19 handling in various cities such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Yogyakarta, Lampung, Palembang and Ketapang. AdIners participated in this social service by performing a fundraising on April. The result was used as a donation in form of PPEs. Distributed PPEs consisted of 7,500 face mask, 1,100 face shield, and 1,000 medically approved hazmat outfit.

We can get through an adverse situation such as now together by helping one another and continuously supporting government’s programs in handling the spread of COVID-19. Especially for the medical personnel who are carrying their duties. AdIns always support and pray for the medical personal so that they will keep a high spirit in carrying their duties.
