Training Microsoft Dynamic CRM
Welcoming August 2017, AdIns’ marketing and sales team arranged a training evolving CRM system, it is one of the module in Microsoft Dynamic 365 that have been used by AdIns since early this year. This training was held on Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 in AdIns training center in Jl. Panjang, Kebon Jeruk – Jakarta. Thanks to the support from Trainocate as one of Microsoft Gold partner on Education and Mr Licky Suryawan (a Technology Solution Professional from Microsoft) as our trainer, that made the training session run smoothly.
What is CRM system? The system of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) enable us to organize and control most of our internal activity across many divisions in managing our potential customer and our existing customer. As a System, Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM enable sales to be more productive in sales activity and give the best service solution to customer. Our Marketing and Sales team might remind themselves to always improve and enhance our knowledge so that we can give the best result to the company through more organize and effective marketing, sales and customer service.
Our aims are by enhancing the knowledge and user skill using the system will increase the service capability of each participant, especially any service towards potential customer and our existing customer. So that by the end of this year we could increase the customer satisfaction towards AdIns’ services in the near future.
